VIRGINIA BEACH, VA – MSgt (Ret.) Michael Feggans, the Democratic candidate for House of Delegates District 97, was named to the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee’s (DLCC) list of must-watch races for 2023. The DLCC is the official committee charged with electing Democrats to state legislatures across the country. Each year, the DLCC selects strong candidates running in critical races to highlight as Spotlight Races in an effort to raise awareness and resources for candidates like Michael Feggans.
